At KLK Welding, we offer a wide array of residential welding services.

From bringing design ideas to life, to repairing everything from plows and lawnmowers to pots and pans, we stand ready to serve. We even fabricate steel beams for home additions! And we do it all with the same ingenuity and relentless commitment to excellence that we bring to our commercial customers.

How do we work? It starts with your inspiration. Say you want a custom railing. Simply draw up a rough sketch, then bring it to us. (Don’t be shy – we’ve seen some really rough sketches.) From there, we’ll work with you to develop your idea and make sure you get exactly what you want. We’ll ask you questions. We’ll suggest options. We’ll provide more formal drawings of your evolving idea to bring it into clearer focus. And once the concept is perfected, we’ll fabricate it, then install it.

We take that same approach to every project, be it a cocktail bar, storage rack, fire ring or custom window. Whatever you can imagine! And whether it’s a custom project or a repair job, you’ll be getting nearly 40 years of superior welding expertise at your side.

Custom stair and railing

Custom residential stair and railing fabricated from square and rectangular tubing. In order to reduce clean-up on steel due to the mill finish requirement, the stair and railing were TIG welded. The final product was a mill finish with a customer-applied clear lacquer. The stairs and landing were supplied by the customer and made of solid oak wood treads.

Fabrication and installation of custom porch railing

Fabrication and installation of residential porch railing. The railing was constructed of square tubing, flat bar, and custom bent square bar pickets. The railing was powder-coated green to match exterior color of house.

Bar and storage

Custom fabrication and installation of residential bar countertop and storage rack. The countertop was fabricated on site, using 14-gauge, hot rolled steel and tig welded joints. The storage rack was constructed using square tubing. Flat bar was used to attach the rack to the wall. The final product on all steelwork was a mill finish, per the customer’s request to produce a rustic, industrial look.

Restoration projects

KLK Welding worked with the owner on multiple projects that he was doing on an old, abandoned building. 

Fire ring

Fire ring for customer backyard gatherings. To make this ring, the material was plasma-cut, rolled and MIG welded into a round shape measuring 42″ x 20″ high.

Grand masterpiece design – railings

Fabrication and installation of custom railings for a residential home renovation. The rails were constructed of square and rectangular tube, square and round pickets, flat bar and pipe. The rails were MIG-welded and powder-coated with a matte black finish.

Table Frame

Cut down and weld new table frame. Mount angle on legs and finish with powder coat.
